In 1995 Traffic Systems Solutions was established as a highly specialized technical services organization with proven accomplishments in traffic signalization, traffic coordination, traffic responsive coordination selection, and complex ITS technology system design and integration/implementation.
Traffic Systems Solutions was led by Robert Budd, PE who has years experience in electrical/electronic control and traffic signal system design and implementation. Bob retired in 2009 – A team of professionals continue to deliver leading edge solutions and services to the industry.
