Founded in 1995, Traffic Systems Solutions Company is a highly specialized technical services organization with proven accomplishments in traffic signalization, traffic coordination, traffic responsive coordination selection, and complex ITS technology system design and integration/implementation.

TSSC was founded by Robert Budd, a licensed PE in the state of Texas with over thirty years experience in electrical/electronic control and traffic signal system design and implementation.
Candy Rivelli, a computer programmer specialist with over ten years experience, joined TSSC in 1999 as a project coordinator and computer network specialist.
Chuck Metzger, communications hardware specialist, joined TSSC in 2001 as a project coordinator and system communication specialist.
